Registration rates include all four dates of the live conference in addition to access to recorded sessions until the end of this year.

2020 Members:
Member Early Bird (Ends August 7, 2020): $195
Member (Begins August 8, 2020): $295
2020 Conference registration & 2021 Membership (Member): $395
Non-Members:
Non-member: $395 (2020 trial membership benefits not offered this year)
2020 Conference registration & 2021 Membership: $495
Trainee:
Trainee: $100
Trainee: Resident/fellow/student matriculated in an academic program with an interest in SCI/D. Trainee must provide academic reference for verification of trainee status that includes length of their training period. Trainee registrations are subject to ASCIP audit.
Groups:
Group Rates: $2,500 for 10 registrations (member and/or non-members)
Does not include student registrations and/or conference + membership packages.

Payment:
If a credit card payment is declined, the registrant will be notified and an alternative method of payment requested. A $20 USD processing fee will be applied for returned checks and/or rebilling of a credit card. An additional $15 fee will be charged for payment accepted by Bank Wire transfer.

*Cancellation/Refund policy: All transactions are final for the Main Conference September 12,13 & 21,22. If you are unable to attend the live dates, most session will be recorded and archived to a library for access. ASCIP intends to offer CEs, commensurate with attendee’s participation, for archived sessions.
SCI Review Course Only: Cancellation by 8/26/2020 100% refund for SCI Review Course. Cancelations after 8/26/2020 for the SCI Review Course 50% refund. The SCI Review Course is a live virtual course only. At this time, this course will not be available in the archived library as an enduring course.
In the event that ASCIP must cancel the virtual conference, all registration fees will be fully refunded. ASCIP reserves the right to cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances.
